Portability is the theme of this promotional video, a combination of live-action and 3D animation. We used a special line-art rendering technique to transition between video of the HP hub and its 3D equivalent created from a CAD file. Several shots required motion tracking and rotoscoping to insert the screen into the laptop while maintaining reflections.
